This energy and heat saving light produces 5000 lumens of light (equal to about 350 watts of incandescent light) without the heat or harshness that standard photofloods produce. Light is evenly distributed and of excellent quality. Each kit comes complete with a Lamphead, Diffuser, Softbox, and ONE Bulb. Add an 8ft stand if necessary.
